SEATING CAPACITY

30 guests maximum, seated at up to three tables of 10.

SITE FEES

1-7 Guests - $450.00 plus tax

8-15 Guests - $550.00 plus tax

16-30 Guests - $700.00 plus tax

Minimum food and beverage spend is $125.00 per person

Please note the above site fees include setup of tables, chairs and dedicated server(s). Floral centerpieces and leis available, pricing available upon request.


RESERVATION GUIDELINES

• Guests must order from the pre-fixe menu or have a preorder in place 24 hours prior to reservation. *menus are subject to change

•    Pre-selected wines are recommended. Guests are welcome to order a la carte mixed drinks off of the beverage menu at the time of the event. For wines not offered by Brown’s Beach House, there is a $35 corkage fee.

•    Final guest counts are to be confirmed 72-hours prior to reservation date.

•    A 48 hour cancellation notice must be given to avoid the cancellation fee which is full payment of chosen prix fixed menu. For of a la carte dining a $75 late cancellation fee will be charge to the credit card on file.

•    18% service charge and 4.712% state tax will apply to all food & beverage prices.

•    All large party reservations must be confirmed with a credit card via Secure Pay.
