SEATING CAPACITY

30 guests maximum seated at up to three tables of 10.

SITE FEES

1-7 guests - $400.00 plus tax 

8-15 guests - $500.00 plus tax

16-30 guests - $700.00 plus tax

Minimum $125.00 food and beverage spend, per person.

Please note the above site fees include setup of tables, chairs and dedicated server(s). Floral centerpieces and leis available, pricing available upon request.

RESERVATION GUIDELINES

• Guests must order from the pre-fixe menu or have a preorder in place 24 hours prior to reservation. *menus are subject to change

•    Pre-selected wines are recommended. Guests are welcome to order ala carte mixed drinks off of the beverage menu at the time of the event. For wines not offered by Brown’s Beach House, there is a $35 corkage fee.

•    Final guest counts are to be confirmed 72-hours prior to reservation date.

•    A 48 hour cancellation notice must be given to avoid the cancellation fee which is full payment of chosen prix fixed menu. For of a la carte dining a $75 late cancellation fee will be charge to the credit card on file.

•    18% service charge and 4.712% state tax will apply to all food & beverage prices.

•    All large party reservations must be confirmed with a credit card via Secure Pay.
